Change management: Pacific Gas & Electric customer transformation

“… this is just a small example of the outstanding work Alison has done on this project. I think I mentioned to you (I know I mentioned to our COO), I was very skeptical of Accenture's ability to do this type of work. Frankly, in the Utility Space, you aren't known for marketing and brand work. I was more than a little concerned about the outcome of the workstreams. After meeting Alison, I began to be hopeful about the quality. After seeing this body of work and Alison's analysis, I am absolutely thrilled with the results.

I have also seen Alison in a couple of tough situations and she masterfully 'worked' the group. The first was a really tough kickoff meeting for the customer experience council. Somewhere about mid-point it went sideways…Alison pulled the meeting out and set up…surveys without compromising the deadline. (fantastic job!) Second was our meeting with our CEO last Friday. He had clearly read and studied an earlier (and draft) version of our deck. I have no idea who gave it to him, but, at any rate, he was prepared on the wrong material. Alison artfully managed the meeting and got his buy-in on all the key points.
