A typical first engagement is a 90-day opportunity assessment.  Starting with a deep business immersion, we work with your teams to understand your current capabilities, particularly your customer and brand information, and assess the highest-payoff opportunities for change.  A longer-term engagement focuses on specific deliverables and timeframes, most often on an annual retainer.

Engagements are designed to be effective and successful in discrete pieces - from an initial assessment, to a strategic planning session, to an annual retainer focused on specific deliverables.  We feel successful if we set you on the road for internal implementation, guide a new CMO hire, and we are also highly motivated to develop longer-term relationships where we play a strategic marketing role on your team as an adjunct CMO.
